Duo Von Dagrate is a generalist at heart & has worked professionally & privately in many fields: Private investigation, Demolition, Security, Art Handling, Construction, and Crime scene cleaning.

He currently works in the field of typewriter/antique repair and acquisitions, providing service to TV/Film, writers, poets and dreamers in the San Francisco bay area for over 12 years.

He is also a poet, performer, Kathy Acker award winner, and contributor of the written word to various publications.

Born in Chicago, he currently lives, writes, and works in Oakland CA.​
